Meeting in San Antonio: (Sept. 13-17, 2009)

• As a potential RFP topic, "RTC Deployment and Dynamic Reconfiguration" was discussed.
• As a potential RFP topic, "User Identification Service" was discussed again and its Robotic Data Framework was proposed as a new work item candidate.
• "Map for Navigation" was proposed as a next step of the RLS (Robotic Localization Service).

Meeting in Costa Rica: (June 22-26, 2009)

• Final Report of  the Robotic Localization Service FTF was approved by AB and DTC.
• Because the swine flu continues to spread all over the world, most of our volunteers are NOT able to come to the meeting.
• We decided all process of WG activities bring forward to the San Antonio meeting in September.
• One special talk about Behavior Classification for Lifestyle Support Service.

Meeting in Santa Clara: (Dec. 8-12, 2008)

• Laurent Rioux (Thales) and Young-Jo Cho (ETRI) have been elected as Robotics-DTF Co-Chairs.
• As the 2nd Review, the draft of Robotic User Identification Service RFP was discussed, but we decided to have more discussions to issue the RFP.
• We have one invited guest talk of Dr. Brian Gerkey (Willow Garage).
• We have 3 special talks (Tsukuba Challenge, Hitachi, AFUS) and 3 new work item talks (QoS, Fault-tolerance, Directory service)

Meeting in Orlando: (Sep. 13-17, 2008)

NO Robotics-DTF meeting
(because IROS2008 is held during the OMG Orland TM)

Meeting in Ottawa: (Jun. 13-17, 2008)

• The revised submission for the Robotic Localization Service RFP was adopted.
• Robotic Localization Service (RLS) 1.0 FTF was chartered.
• As the 1st Review, the draft of User Recognition Service RFP was discussed
• 2 Special Talk (Univ. of Auckland, and RoboCup) was presented in the DTF plenary meeting
• There is no volunteers. Robotics-DTF co-chair election was announced again.

• RTC has been discussed for finalization in meeting of RTC Finalization Task Force.
• Discussion of potential RFPs and roadmaps in 3 WGs
• Robotics publicity flyer of 4 pages completed
• WIKI system is recommended for discussion and reporting.

Meeting in Anaheim: (Sep. 25-29, 2006)

• The 2nd Submission of Robotic Technology Component (RTC) has been recommended in MARS-PTC, AB board, and Technology Committee
• RTC Finalization Task Force (FTF) was chartered
• We had 4 interesting talks;
• 3 WGs have active discussions about the topics of potential RFPs.

Meeting in Boston: (Jun. 26-30,2006)

• We had two special talks (Elisa Kendall and Jon Siegel), three WG reports, and three Contact reports.
• We set up Contact Sub-Committee to promote active collaboration with related organizations.
• We got a recommendation of adoption for our revised proposal of Robotic Technology Component (RTC) in MARS-PTF, but Architecture Board (AB)  turned it down.

Meeting in St. Louis: (Apr. 24-28, 2006)

• We had 2 special talks, 6 RFI response presentations.
• 3 WG were chartered officially and 5 potential RFPs were proposed.

Meeting in Tampa: (Feb.13-17,2006)

• We had one special talk, 14 RFI response
  presentations and 2 initial submission presentations of RTCs RFP.
• We set up Publicity Sub-Committee to discuss the draft of flyer of Robotics-DTF. We decided to start 4 working group activities and will be chartered officially in the upcoming St. Louis meeting.
